What is CasusLegal One
CasusLegal One is an app for ChatGPT and other AI assistants that searches case law in CasusLegal’s own databases: the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation, the Intellectual Property Court, administrative and criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the cassation practice of the commercial courts of the districts. The app only searches for and displays acts: it does not send messages, change data in your account or make payments.

How to sign in
- When you connect the app, the CasusLegal sign-in window will open.
- Sign in with your CasusLegal account: with the “Sign in with Telegram” button or with the password set in the “Security” section of your personal account.
- If you have been given an access code of the form
XXXX-XXXX(for example, by your organization), enter it in the password field. Nothing else needs to be entered.
Sign-in fails
- “Invalid code or password” — check the keyboard layout and letter case. The connector password is set in your personal account; it is not your email password.
- “No active access” — the password is correct, but no database is currently open to the account. Information about the account’s status is available in your personal account; if you have questions, contact support.
- The sign-in window does not open or closes immediately — remove the app in the assistant’s settings and connect it again.
If the app replied that a database is unavailable
Each database is opened to an account separately. If the database you need is not included in your account’s access, the app will tell you so and name the databases that are open. There is no need to repeat the same request: the result will not change. The app likewise reports a temporary limit on request frequency; in that case it is enough to wait and try again.
Disconnecting and deleting data
- You can disconnect the app in ChatGPT’s settings (the apps and connections section). After disconnection, the assistant’s access to CasusLegal ends.
- You can delete your CasusLegal account yourself: personal account → “Profile” → “Delete account.” What happens to your data upon deletion is described in the privacy policy (Section 7).
- Send requests concerning personal data through the support channels above.
