If you work across different regions
One connector for all districts at once. The neural network identifies which one is needed by the case number: А40 — Moscow, А56 — St Petersburg, А45 — Novosibirsk, А14 — Voronezh, А60 — Yekaterinburg, А33 — Krasnoyarsk, А51 — Vladivostok, А43 — Nizhny Novgorod, А65 — Kazan, А32 — Krasnodar. If all your cases are in one district, connect only to it: the address is in the database card above, next to the “Copy” button. The tools list will contain exactly this database.
Separate addresses allow login only with the password from your account. The
“Sign in with Telegram” button will not work there: the Telegram widget is tied to

“Security” section. Both methods work at the shared district address.
Find the connector settings
In Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or another program. The exact location depends on the environment; step-by-step instructions are provided in the instructions.
Paste the address
Choose any name for the connector, but Latin characters: the neural network cannot create tools from a Cyrillic name and will say that it cannot see them.
Sign in
Telegram or the password from account. Then ask questions in ordinary language: “what does the Commercial Court of the Moscow District consider an abuse of rights?”
The districts are not included in the address for all paid databases. This is a separate
product, so subscribers to the higher courts, IP Court, Administrative Chamber or Criminal Chamber do not
need to change their existing connector — simply add the district address alongside it.

Purpose
The higher court’s position and its fate in the district rarely coincide
The Plenum says how things should be. The district shows what this means in practice, and it is the district you deal with.
Grounds for setting aside
What prompts a district court to remit a case for rehearing — a ready-made list of issues to resolve earlier, at first instance.
Divergences
District courts often take different views on a disputed issue. Ten databases side by side show this immediately, rather than after a lost cassation appeal.
A link to every judgment
The neural network answers from the database, not from memory: every judgment includes its particulars and a link to the full text. If there is no case law, it will say so.
Search by wording
You can search not by subject matter but by an exact phrase in all inflected forms — when it matters how the court describes it.
