Our team’s skill for Claude “Court Document with Case Law” prepares a procedural document ready for filing: a statement of claim, statement of defence, appeal or cassation appeal, or motion. Each argument is supported by the case law of the higher courts.
A ready-made example is already available on the website: download a statement of defence against a claim for termination of a land plot lease agreement in DOCX format (in Russian).
The skill prepares the document in two iterations.
Through the CasusLegal connector, the skill finds judicial acts for each of your arguments and writes the full text of the document, taking into account the context you have uploaded.
AI does not live inside your head and does not know the details and nuances of the case. For the document to be strong, immerse the model in the dispute: provide the agreements, the parties’ correspondence, prior procedural documents — everything relevant to the case. The more AI knows about the case, the more accurately it will prepare the document.
The completed draft undergoes an automatic review for AI markers — empty bureaucratic phrases such as “it is important to note” and “it should be emphasised”, the stock phrase “thus”, empty intensifiers such as “extremely” and “highly”, tautologies, and neat three-part phrases such as “quickly, accurately and reliably” — and is displayed to you as a markdown document on the right side of the screen. You read it, give instructions for revisions and ask for a new version to be prepared — and continue until you see the desired result.
At your command, the skill prepares the final file in DOCX. This is a formal procedural document: classic black-and-white formatting, without a logo or branded elements. All case-law links in the document are active, and at the end there is a link to a catalogue of all case law used, where you can open the full texts of the cited judicial acts and verify each one.
